How are you? I'm great and don't have ME anymore. I had training with you November 7-9 in a group of 5 women from Norway and Steffie from Canada.  
 
You should have seen the difference in me on my travel to London, and my travel from.
 
To London I was a nervous wreck, totally exhausted, and constantly anxious over searching for my wallet, ticket, cell phone, etc. Friday the 9th of November, I left the course with my suitcase and went shopping in Crouch End.
 
Then I had a fantastic burger at Gourmet Burger (cause I don't have food intolerance either), and then I dragged my suitcase to the second floor of a London bus so I could see as much as possible on my way to Tottenham Hale (I haven't done sightseeing in three years).
 
At the airport I was so cool, I felt like I had been travelling to and from London by airplane every week for the last five years. I could hardly be bothered by looking for tickets or phones or anything.
 
So confident and relaxed!   It felt absolutely marvellous.
 
Then I went shopping again at the airport, and well onboard the plane, I still had loads of energy, what to do, what to do? In an airplane there's really not much to do than relax, so I used LP to relax, and I had the best relaxed hour ever! I had totally forgotten how it was to relax while having the energy to do other things.
 
With ME I never relaxed, I rested because I was exhausted; I never relaxed happily and comfortably. When I landed in Bergen I went shopping again! When I came home around midnight I was still going strong, and Stian and I shared a bottle of wine and talked until two at night. Truly amazing.  
 
I'm also using the process in my relationship, and I am becoming more aware of patterns that I have let myself sink into, and I feel that I'm doing a good job on changing my thinking and behaviour in this as well. You were right when you said that you can use the LP on everything!  
 
My sister will be in London to do LP-training in week 8 - we are very excited about that! She's coming for depression, insomnia and pains in muscles and joints."
