"Hi!

My name is Ine. I’m a 23 year old girl from Norway.

Before I attended the Lightning Process with Maxine Henk-Bryce, I suffered from severe ME and spent most of my time in bed. I had a range of symptoms, of which extreme muscle and stomach pain was the predominant. I had stomach pain on occasions intense enough to make me pass out, lying down.

A slight touch felt like a hard punch, and my neck and back ache made me carry myself like an old and weak lady.

Before her Lightning Process training, Ine suffered with severe ME and intense pain.Lifting a glass of water felt like the heaviest task possible, and I would sit and cry over my food, as just eating it would take all that I had. Before this (ME) I was highly active, going to school, working, riding my beloved horse every day, working out and having fun with my beautiful friends.

Just after turning 20, I moved to Australia to study psychology. I started getting symptoms about 3 months after moving. They were however on and off at first, and I just brushed it off and got doctors-notes when absolutely necessary. I pulled through my first-year courses, and kept up my job as a bartender by night, however both with emphasis on barely. Looking back I don’t know how I did it.

When I went home for the Christmas break, planning to get “the health-thing” fixed in time for next semester, I got sent straight to hospital for invasive testing, theories and tube-feeding ( as I had massive stomach problems). I had surgery in my stomach,  with no more results than a couple of cool scars (all tough girls need some cool scars anyways) and was put on diets consisting of love, air, pills and some green stuff, pretty much.

Having little luck finding anything wrong with me physically, the doctors tried to push some muscle relaxants and antidepressants on me, plus having me see a psychologist.

I refused to take the drugs, had some talks with the therapist, and got her agreement that this was actually a physical problem. Which naturally didn’t act as a ray of sunshine in terms of mental wellbeing, but nevertheless?

The period from around Christmas 2005, to Christmas time 2007 went like this. I consider myself a fairly strong person, with a lot of joy, dreams and energy. The doctor told me I could expect spending the next 15-20 years living in the state I was, and all they could do was sending me to pain-management courses and giving me pills. I never took any pills, but I stocked up on enough to know that I had an “emergency-exit” if I reached the point where I couldn’t take it any more.

I was close. It was actually a comfort to me to think about taking my own life.

Having such an enormous love and excitement for life before, and turning into a vegetable, whose biggest fear in life is to never to get to dream and ride horses and feel butterflies and live again was devastating. I was more afraid of not living than I was afraid of dying at that point.

Needless to say, this whole era was tormenting for my family, who were complete superheroes & rock stars throughout. I am in awe for that.

The turning point came Christmas Eve 07, when my aunt mentioned a neighbour of hers who had been suffering from ME for 11 years, attended Lightning Process training program, and now had completely recovered. I had by that point tried just about every possible alternative treatment known to man, and didn’t jump off my seat immediately, but having nothing at all to loose I started researching “this thing”, and also talked to this woman.

I most definitely had my apprehensions. I didn’t quite understand what this was, had to make the trip from Norway to London in the shape I was in and had next to no money, but reasoned pretty fast that I actually had nothing to loose. You really don’t when you enjoy planning how to cotton-up the key-holes in your room and have a poorly lit barbeque without any guests.

Bottom-line, I went to see Maxine and do the Lighting Process seminar.

Best move I’ve ever made and ever will make.

The first day of the process I was really unwell, and confused whereas this would actually work. I decided to put all of that aside and open up to whatever this was. After the first day my dad and I went to the pub.

The second day we walked around half of London just looking at all creatures’ great and small.

The third day we went to Top Shop….which beats walking half of London by far!

When we got home I kept on working with it, and it only went one way from there.   I am now back on new adventures amongst the parrots and surfers in Australia. I’ve picked up where I left with my studies, I dance, live and love it, and today I signed with a modelling agency which feels like a little adventure on its own!

Every day I think about how truly amazing it is to just be here and live. Words can’t describe how that feels to me. 15-20 years in bed my ass… 3 was enough!!

I feel like the luckiest girl to walk the face of the earth, and a few months ago I was contemplating whereas I had enough pills stored for a quiet exit or just a place in line for a new liver.

Since training in the Lightning Process with Positive Change, Ine has transformed her life - she loves her healthy body, and her modelling contract! The sky is the limit, and the incredible thing with LP is that not only can it be used for health benefits with unbelievable results, that is just a really good beginning! It can be applied to all aspects of life with remarkable results, you can use it to build the person you deep down inside would most like to be, in a simple, effective and powerful way.

Maxine Henk-Bryce will forever stand as my blessing from above. I will never forget what she taught me that I could  do, how sincerely, compassionately, professionally and empathetically she did it, and how meeting and working with her has let me get to where I am today. Wherever I go tomorrow and the day after  I will still carry with me that heartfelt gratitude.

Most people have heard the phrase “if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is”. I  beg to differ. To me this sounded too good to be true, and it turned out to be better. I’ve always believed in magic and miracles, but this experience has made me stop wishing and start KNOWING.

I have a healthy body, a backpack full of power-tools for life, a heart full of gratitude and a blissful peace I never knew I would find.

Thank you Maxine, from the core of my being, and may your every day be filled with rainbows, fireworks, bliss and wonders!"
